The South West Design Forum, in collaboration with Designed in Devon, The Somerset Design Network and Plymouth Media Partnership, is hosting a special half day seminar aimed specifically at designers based in the South West region. The seminar will focus on:
> What clients really want from their design agencies
> The impact of the economic downturn on client-agency relationships
> How to better understand your clients’ businesses
> “War stories” and “hot tips” from what other design agencies are doing all over the world to retain and grow business in such challenging times
> How to cross sell additional services
The seminar will be run by Simon Rhind-Tutt founder of Relationship Audits and Management and who has spent over twenty years working in the design industry. RAM has a huge amount of experience in the marketing services industry and they work with many of the leading agencies in this country and across the world. They are the acknowledged experts in the field of client retention and development. Their clients include, JWT, Publicis, Grey, DLKW, Golley Slater, Fallon, Interbrand, Landor, Starcom MediaVest, KPMG, Eversheds, 3 Mobile , Addleshaw Goddard, GSK and Nokia.
