Profile Information

What I do

I was the first Secretary of Designed in Devon. Then handed over to a younger, fitter man for a while, but now back in the hot seat.

I'm from

Originally Essex, but more years ago than I care to remember.

I work for

Anybody who will pay me! I'm a semi-retired, self-employed design manager. I do project management for overloaded design companies and for clients using designers.

I'm particularly interested in

1 - Getting all designers and associated 'trades' to come to as many meetings as possible and promote good design in Devon locally, regionally and nationally.

2 - Genealogy. Now I've got the time I'm addicted to sourcing the ancestors. Have got back to 1115 (Fuko Howard of Wiggenhall, Norfolk) in one branch and met up with three cousins I didn't know I had.
