We are an ideas lead design agency, founded in 1996, based in Totnes, Devon. We are seeking a key individual to grow with us and strengthen our expanding team and creative opportunities.
We need you to identify and develop dynamic new accounts which will sit well with our ethos and direction. We will need you to manage and nurture these new accounts alongside our existing clients.
We want you to be passionate about design and branding, and really understand it - we're not interested in mediocrity and expect you to have the same enthusiasm for seriously creative projects, as we do.
We want you to be a strategic thinker with the belief, drive and ambition to take biz-R to greater creative heights. We want you to have a proven track record within the industry, and be motivated, organised and a real people person. We have a clear idea of where we want to go and expect you to be on board for the long haul.
In return we'll offer you a key role within a growing and dynamic agency. We're fun and have a great working environment in a lovely location. You'll also make it onto our infamous Friday cake day rota!
